Carmel Community College

Carmel Community College, hosted by Sacred Heart Convent School, Jamshedpur was inaugrated on Friday, August 28, 2015. The college is a community service initiative of the Apostoloic Carmel(A.C.) Sisters. It is the response of the Apostolic Carmel Educational Society to the plight of the semi – educated and school drop-out women in the city slums and villages struggling to gain some livelihood.

Started with the aim of imparting Professional Training to underprivileged women, Carmel Community College offers a one-year Diploma Course in Office Management.

The 1st batch of 34 students passed out in May 2016.

The new academic year was started in June 2016. Currently there are 34 students in the batch.
