Sacred Heart Convent School(A Unit of Priti Nilaya Trust) is an English-medium Catholic Education private school for girls run by Apostolic Carmelite sisters in the city of Jamshedpur, India. It is registered under the Indian Societies Registration Act of 1860 under the title – The Apostolic Carmel Educational Society.
The school has grades from kindergarten to 12th (Plus Two). Sacred Heart Convent School was founded on 15th January 1945. The school is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations in New Delhi and also offers the Plus Two (12th grade) Course in Arts, Science and Commerce.

The Sacred Heart family perseveres to maintain its standard of excellence in the field of education.

On the evening of 18th September, 2019, Sacred Heart Convent School organized the Inaugural Ceremony of the Platinum Jubilee Celebration of the school. The inauguration ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp. The Chief Guest for the evening was Most. Rev. Telesphore Bilung SVD, Apostolic Administrator of the Catholic diocese of Jamshedpur. The Guest of Honour were Mr. Tarun Daga, MD, JUSCO and Dr. Sister Doris D’Souza, Provincial Superior, Apostolic Carmel, Northern Province.
The programme commenced with a prayer and a prayer dance performed by the students of the middle school.
The logo of the Platinum Jubilee of Sacred Heart Convent School was released by the Chief Guest. The Platinum Jubilee Anthem was presented by school choir.
“Let’s keep the banner of Sacred Heart soaring high” – this refrain filled every student’s heart with pride.
A short documentary depicting the glorious journey of the school from the time of its inception till the present was highly appreciated by the audience. This was followed by sparkling dance performances by the students.
The ceremony came to an end with a Grand Finale. The school has lined up several events in the coming days to commemorate the Platinum Year.
