| Environment Club of Sacred Heart Convent School is a visualized effort for environment protection and environment care.
Creating awareness on environment related an issues has been an important aim of the club. SAY NO TO PLASTIC. Towards this we collected old synthetic sarees out of which bags were made and sold. Even skits related to environment themes were staged for this purpose. The Club has not only been actively organsing and participating in inter school quizes but has also participated and won in the Photography competition organized by SPPE. Talk on Tiger by Mr. Valmik Thappar as well as a Talk by Dr. Ramchandra Guha has been attended by our club. Prevention of wastage of electricity has also been a thrust area.
The members of this Club are provided opportunities to study and admire the environment and thereby understand the need to conserve nature's bounty.
The club believes in propagating messages for environmental protection directly to our students, who are the upcoming citizens, in simple but effective forms. Moderator
